Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Please note that exchanges are not automated at this time. If you would like to exchange an order, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.

SALE items, international orders, and custom orders are considered final sale.

Orders cancelled within one hour of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will only be eligible for a refund if agreed upon by us. Please email bigmmchen@gmail.com prior to any returns.

Once you receive a return authorization, items must be shipped back within 7 days. We recommend using the original packaging, as items damaged in transit are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

SEAFO is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Insurance is recommended.
